ABOUT ME
MATT DRAYTON
Welcome to M1dlife F1tness. I am a US Army Sergeant Major (Retired) who has lived a healthy, fitness conscience lifestyle my entire adult life. I founded M1dlife F1tness to help those who have given up on fitness due to injuries, a lack of time, focus or inspiration. I have had multiple injuries and I live with joint pain daily, so I understand how hard it can be to stay fit and healthy. I am certified by the National Academy of Sports Medicine, and I have trained and inspired hundreds of men and women during my Army career. I have dedicated a large portion of my life to helping and inspiring people, and I want to help you get in shape, and look and feel great!

We have a workout to fit whatever your fitness goals are. All workout programs are designed using the NASM OPT Model. A training program built on a foundation of principles that progressively and systematically allows you to achieve optimal levels of physiological and physical performance.
